Vikings improve to 7-1 with a 20-17 win over the Redskins! Next up, the 6-2 Buffalo Bills!

What is happening in Minnesota!? A 7-1 start! Literally nobody saw this coming and if someone says they did, you can be sure that they are compulsive liars that eat their cereal with water. Down 17-7 to the Redskins, the Vikings were able to rally back and score 13 unanswered points to win 20-17. The defense continues to come up clutch in situations they are needed most and Head Coach Kevin O'Connell is letting the team express their personalities. This team is being allowed to BE THEMSELVES on and off the field and it is showing in the team's record. The Vikings are absolutely having fun and us fans are loving it.

The Vikings will travel to Buffalo to square off with the Bills, the toughest team we will have played since the Philadelphia Eagles. It does sound like QB Josh Allen will play after injuring his throwing elbow last week and I am not sure how it will affect their offense. Vikings fans need to sit back and enjoy the ride at this point. Here are some fun matchups to watch for in this one:

  • Josh Allen vs the Vikings Pass Rush & Secondary

  • Justin Jefferson vs Stefon Diggs

  • Dalvin Cook vs James Cook

  • As funny as it sounds, this could be a Super Bowl preview!

Right now, the Home Buffalo Bills are 6.5 point favorites. But with the way the Vikings are playing and just continually finding ways to win, I would consider this game a coin toss. I am not going to make a prediction this week because I want to enjoy the ride this week. If I was betting on the winner, the smart play would likely be to take the Bills. These Vikings have been surprising us all year so I could realistically see them finding a way to win, yet again! If the Vikings score more points than the Bills, then the Vikings will win the game. But if the Bills score more than the Vikings, then the Bills will win. Let's sit back and enjoy today's game! Go Vikings! Find a way to win and keep this winning streak rolling!!!
